4. Design Process & Revisions

5. Intellectual Property (Design Work)
Ownership of final approved designs is transferred to the client only after full payment
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
Drafts, concepts, and unused designs remain our property
You may NOT:
Claim authorship of draft concepts
Resell or redistribute designs without permission (unless ownership has been transferred)
6. Electronics Products – Warranty & Returns
Products may include a limited warranty (if applicable), specified at purchase
Customers must inspect products upon delivery
Returns:
Accepted within [3] days for defective or damaged items
Items must be unused and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
